Our approach

We would rather bethe clinic that said no.

Aurelia was built around a simple observation: most people who regret an aesthetic treatment were never told what it would not do.

Who treats you

Every treatment is planned and carried out by a medical provider. Nobody is handed to an assistant after the consultation.

Dr. Elena MarchettiMedical DirectorDr. Elena MarchettiFifteen years in aesthetic medicine, and an increasingly firm habit of talking people out of things. Leads assessment and complex facial planning.
Dr. James CarterAesthetic PhysicianDr. James CarterBackground in dermatology. Handles skin programmes, devices and the cases where the honest answer is a different treatment entirely.
Dr. Aiko NakamuraLongevity PhysicianDr. Aiko NakamuraInternal medicine before aesthetics. Runs the longevity consultation and coordinates with patients' own physicians.

Three things we believe

01The consultation is the treatment planIf we get the assessment wrong, no amount of skill with a needle rescues it. So we spend the time there, and we charge for it — then apply it to your treatment.
02Less, reviewed, beats moreAdding later is easy. Undoing is not, and sometimes is not possible at all. We would rather see you twice than correct once.
03Some people should not be treatedSometimes the honest answer is 'not this', 'not yet', or 'not by us'. Saying it costs us a booking and earns us the next ten.

A quiet building on Barton Springs.

Six treatment suites, a private entrance and no waiting room television. Appointments are spaced so that you do not meet the person before you.

Discretion is not a marketing word here: it is why the plan of the building looks the way it does.

Credentials come last on this page on purpose. Nobody chooses a clinic because of the certificates on the wall — they choose because of how they were treated in the first hour.

Come and be listened to.
